Shipping & Returns
-All orders are processed within 3 *working* days ("Working days" means Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays). Do not assume your order will be shipped immediately even though we are typically fast. If you are in a time crunch you need to call us.
-All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
-NO WHERE ON OUR WEBSITE DO WE GIVE ESTIMATED OR PROMISED DELIVERY DATES. (For example: Priority Mail is commonly called "2-3 day Priority" by the US Postal Service but they do NOT guarantee it will arrive within 2-3 days. If you are in a rush and absolutely have to have your order by a certain date, please call us!
-There are many factors that go in to package travel time (weather, flight cancellations, rerouting, post office glitches etc, etc!). Please understand that we do everything to get your order shipped quickly and on it's way to you but transit times vary greatly! We are not going to refund shipping charges because you think it should have arrived within a certain amount of time.
-Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift".
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Follow these new instructions:
NO AUTHORIZATION IS NEEDED however, due to strict health and safety guidelines within the gymnastics industry, we can only accept unused items in new condition . Grips that appear to have wear, are chalked up, or have altered, cut, or dirty finger holes WILL be returned to you.
WE CAN NO LONGER PROCESS EXCHANGES: If a different size or style is needed you will need to place a new order for the item you need, and return the unwanted/unused item for refund. We regret having to change this policy but a few bad apples took advantage of our old-fashioned way of doing things.Please include a copy of your invoice or simply the order number/name on order and send returns to:

We recommend USPS 1st Class shipping as it is fast and economical, but any method is fine. (Please add tracking for proof of return shipments)
