Shipping & Returns



-All orders are processed within 3 *working* days ("Working days" means Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays).

-All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

-Nowhere on our website do we give estimated or "promised" delivery dates. (For example: Priority Mail is commonly called "2-3 day Priority" by the US Postal Service but they do NOT guarantee it will arrive within 2-3 days. If you are in a rush and absolutely have to have your order by a certain date, please call us!

-Duty fees, taxes, customs charges are paid by the customer. Do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift". 


Exchanges and returns are easy and no return authorization is needed however, due to strict health and safety standards within the gymnastics industry, we can only accept UNUSED items in BRAND NEW CONDITION.  Please follow the included instructions that came with your package to determine proper fit.  If you need to exchange for a different size, please include a copy of your invoice (so we know who you are and where to ship your exchanged item), and please note which size you'd like instead. Please do the same for refunds but note "refund" on your invoice so we know how to proceed.  Ship to:

Once we receive your package we'll ship your exchanged item/s (or refund your money) within 36 hours, but usually the same day we receive your package.
We are closed on weekends. :)
